355 GSM fleece with a boxy body and a dropped shoulder. Heavy enough to hold its shape when you push the sleeves up.
The hood is the part that separates this from a cheap one. It is double-layered, so it stands instead of collapsing flat across your back the first time you take it off. On black that matters more than anywhere else, because a flat hood on a black hoodie reads like a promotional giveaway from across a room.
Wash at 30 and keep it on low heat. Black fleece is the fastest thing in the line to go grey, and once the surface has been cooked there is nothing to do about it.
